This model can be considered as the extension of the E-310 because all the specifications are the same. The extra element can be found in the 12, 000 BTU flush mounted side burner which is definitely welcomed. You will then have efficient heat output, even though the grilling area is pretty spacious, because of the 42,000 BTU and 12,000 BTU burners working together to provide even heating. That means no more overly hot spots or spots that are left cold.

The people at Weber give users the freedom to control their gas grill; the settings are easy to understand and adjusted according to your liking. You get to grill indirectly as well as have food that is almost raw but a tad burnt on the outer layer, using the sear function.
On the other side, you can set your grill to a lower temperature for items like chicken wings, which requires time to cook thoroughly. It also heats up fast, in about 10 minutes; it reaches maximum heat can easily sear. With just a push of a button, you can do crossing over of ignitions.
E-320 is tough with materials like porcelain coated sheet metal, cast aluminum and stainless steel as part of its construction. Again, what E-320 is lacking is the same as its predecessor (E-310) – the limited workspace which is not equal to the overall size of the machine. The warranty on this model varies according to the parts, some parts may be 2 years, some 5 years and so on, and therefore you have to read the manual carefully. It is truly commendable that Weber’s customer service is opened day in and day out, 364 days a year.
